Can Ad Text be in mandarin?

Hi,
One of my campaigns would target the Chinese region. Can i write my ad in mandarin for that? I think not but if someone knows for sure!

Yes, you can write your campaigns in Mandarin.

The Student FAQ notes in a couple places that "you can still run your AdWords campaigns in any language!" and "you can run advertising in your local language".; ▶ Reply to This

But the actual pain is that when u translate english to mandarin u end up getting an army of characters!!
I mean i tried translating my "within limit" Ad text to Mandarin from the web and I got a whole essay!!
Anywayz i will figure out something to shorten it
